I’m Ingrid Schaeffer, I have been a dietician since 2009 and I have been working as a liberal since January 2021. More details on the page in french : here.

I receive you by appointment in Josselin or remotely, to accompany you in your request, to help you make peace with your body and your image and to teach you to eat everything, without feeling of hunger, without drastic restrictions and without frustration.

English is not my mother tongue and I am not bilingual, but I can receive you in consultation only in english if necessary.

Why consult a dietician?

There are countless reasons why you might want to see a dietitian. Whatever your request, I will respond with kindness and professionalism.

> Other requests (for example: learn to eat vegetarian or vegan, rebalance your diet, diet during pregnancy and breastfeeding, stop smoking without weight gain, etc.).

I am also available to answer any request for services.
For example: animation in schools or businesses on food, cooking workshop, creation / corrections of menus for collective catering (respect of GEM-RCN) or commercial, etc.

Consultations

The first consultation, or a unique dietary assessment, lasts from 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. It allows you to make a complete assessment (questions about your habits, your tastes, your lifestyle; anthropometric measurements; weighing with impedencemetry if possible and / or necessary …) which will allow me to get to know you and answer your request. Whatever happens, the scale is a tool, but not an obligation and I adapt to you.

Follow-up consultations allow you to support you in the long term in your process. They last from 30 to 45 min.

All consultations can be carried out remotely (teleconsultations), even if the first is ideal face to face.

At the end of the consultation, I will give you adapted and personalized documents, according to your request and your needs. Paper or digital format (by email), at your convenience.

Payment methods accepted:
> At the office: credit card, checks and cash.
> Remote: payment by credit card (link sent by email or SMS), by paypal link or bank transfer.
